Meet Nadine, Your Partner in Remote Work Well-being
Hi there,
I’m Nadine,
I am the mother of twin adult daughters and a charming grandson. My journey in health and wellness started when I was a teenager. However, I didn’t fully understand the benefits of a holistic lifestyle until I had to balance a full-time job, family, graduate school, and volunteer work. During this time, I received incredible support from a family friend who unintentionally became my life coach. This experience changed my life, leading to significant improvements in my health, priorities, spiritual well-being, and overall outlook on life.
Having worked as a middle manager for over thirty years has given me a deeper understanding of the work environment, especially with the COVID-19 pandemic and the rising trend of remote work. Organizing your work life can help you focus on the factors that most impact your health and productivity, allowing you to achieve quick
wins in both your work and personal life. There’s nothing I love more than meeting people where they are and helping them create routines that capture the most essential elements for their well-being.
